Question:
Topic: Camera is slow to take pictures.
Answer:
If you keep missing a shot after you have already
pressed the shutter button, you may resolve this
issue by using the AF/AE LOCK feature of your
camera. Please refer to your user manual for more
detailed instructions.
AF/AE LOCK allows your camera to lock the exposure
and focus of the scene before you compose the final
shot therefore eliminating the delay when the
shutter button is depressed.
You may try the following steps to capture a
photograph of a moving subject:
Aim the camera at your subject and press the shutter
button down half way. (Hold the shutter button at
this position)
When you are ready to take the shot press the
shutter button down the rest of the way. (This will
take the shot with virtually no delay.)
