Oops! Have all the photos from your last family vacation disappeared from your memory card and are nowhere to be found? Don't panic, Fuji might have a solution for you.

Our image recovery service may be able to help you retrieve lost or deleted images from your digital memory card. All recovered files are saved to a CD-ROM and returned to you with your media card correctly formatted. In order to retrieve your precious memories, we use image recovery tools and software that eliminate any risk of damage to your media or further loss of files.

In the unfortunate situation where no data is recoverable, there will be no charge to you for the evaluation or data recovery attempt. Your memory card will be correctly formatted and returned to you.

• Any images that are deemed by FUJIFILM Canada to be indecent or offensive in any manner will not be returned, and FUJIFILM Canada reserves the right to take appropriate action(s). In this circumstance, all media cards will be sent back to the owner in the condition in which it was received by FUJIFILM Canada.
• FUJIFILM Canada Inc cannot accept liability for any incidental losses (such as cost of photography or the loss of income from photography) incurred as a result of faults with its image recovery  service.
• FUJIFILM Canada Inc accepts no responsibility for problems that may occur with a memory card.
• FUJIFILM Canada Inc is not liable for any problems associated with the loss of images when attempting recovery.

Media: (XD, SD, SDHC, Compact Flash, Microdrive and SmartMedia memory cards) 
To use this service, send your media to the address shown below. Please complete the Image Recovery Form in full and send it with your media. Please ship your media product via a carrier service with a means of tracking your package. Insure all shipments and please keep a record of the tracking number in the event you must trace the package.
FUJIFILM Canada will not assume responsibility for loss and/or damage during transit. Please do not send any payment until we contact you with the results of the recovery process.
